Hey all,

The wife just bought me The Black Bradley Smoker for Christmas and I couldn't be more excited! I've been wanting one of these for a while. I'm looking forward to browsing this forum for tips and ideas and hope to share some of my thoughts as soon as I start to gain some experience. I think my first project will be making some of my very own (B.C.) Montreal Smoked Meat!
