Bacon + Venison Snack Stick?

Just wondering if anyones done a snackstick with just bacon added for the fat? If so what ratio were you using? 1:10?

I'm no expert but i think it would be fine, just not sure why you would want to sacrifice some bacon LOL!!

I use pork belly for my fat. (Uncured/unsmoked bacon) 70/30 ratio.
I'm not the smartest peanut in the turd!

I too have used uncured bacon ends in my sticks. I'm not a big fan of much fat in my sticks. About 10% is the most I will use. Even at that I dice it small and mix it well.
