Hi all

A friend of mine has sent me smoked cheese, Jerky and nuts for the last 2 Christmas's. I've always wanted to do the smoking thing. He told me to buy a Bradley they are the best, so I jump on craigslist and found me one, brand new one for $100.
He told me I could find anything and everything I need to know on here from all you nice people.
Looking forward to start smoking!!!!!!
