For those of you living in BC (not sure if it is elsewhere in Canada) I stumbled on a sale at Superstore yesterday and got my limit of 4 fresh pork picnics for $0.98 Lb. I think today may be the last day of the sale, so check before you go. Wish I lived closer I would go back and get another 4.

I deboned last night and will grind this morning for future sausages. SCORE  ;D
