I just started my 6 rack Digital last night. I cooked up my first couple of racks of ribs today. Man, they look and smell good. We don't usually mess with ribs on the grill they just never turned out good. The outside temp this morning was 24 F. and it took a while to get up to temp, but overall things turned out really well for the first run. I do see where I could make use of a PID. That's probably coming soon. I have a bunch of venison ground and ready to make peppersticks out of soon. I have a feeling the 6 Rack's gonna get a workout.

Hi and welcome to the forums from South Dakota. You are about to find out just how addicting this can become. Whatever you do, you MUST resist the urge to start making canadian bacon or smoked salmon. Because once you start down that path, there is no going back.
Where there's smoke, there's HAPPINESS!!!

Welcome to the forums from NV.

I think you're right that your Bradley is going to get a workout. It's convenient to use and turns out a great product.  Pretty much no matter what that product is.

For some ideas about what you might do, check out the recipe site that is the repository for recipes from the forum's most experienced members.  Since these recipes are from Bradley owners, they can be more detailed and specific than those found other places.  That's a plus as you learn your smoker.   www.susanminor.org

Thanks for the link. The recipe I used for the ribs was off of the Bradley site. They're for dinner tonight, but they look and smell yummy!
