Been using my BS611 since last summer. Smoked multiple butts, ribs, wings, 2 flats, 1 turkey.

Almost forgot the salmon. I don't have any great rib pics, they don't last long enough. Smoked quite a bit more than this but it's a little sample. Smoking again this weekend, the weather will be great....no rain here

Yeah, sure Brass... We just spent a week in Cabo and before takeoff this last Sat. the pilot said the weather in Seattle was nice and mid 50's. On approach you could see light reflecting off the wet roads from 2000 ft. I think the pilot figured if he told the truth he'd be flying an empty plane back from Cabo.
