Fogcrawler

Greetings All,
I'm Dean (The Fogcrawler) and my wife, Joanie (The Teardrop Nanny) just got our Bradley Smoker and look forward to using it.
We specialize in outdoor cast iron cooking and have a Youtube channel that we use to share our videos & recipes.
I do have one small problem to overcome... Regarding the cold smoke attachment.
I wasn't sent the bypass plug... I don't see anywhere to go on the website or this forum to address this.
(I've got some bacon I cured that is ready to cold smoke, time is of the essence, Thanks)

Fogcrawler

Nevermind about the missing bypass plug... The company I bought it from is sending me a complete replacement. Kinda silly to have to be sent a complete unit, instead of just the missing plug. Well, it looks like I won't be cold smoking my bacon, guess I'll have to add some heat, while smoking it.

Welcome from Texas, if you're in a colder climate you can still cold smoke with just your smoke generator and no element, sometimes a pan of ice will also help keep the temps down until you get your replacement unit.

You need to setup an account on a photo hosting site; such as Photobucket. Once you have them on a hosting site, you need to insert a link in your message.

If you don't already have a photo hosting site the below link instructs you on how to setup an account in Photobucket. If you have a Photobucket account, skip to the section that describes "Selecting Picture To Post....".

You can do it the way Habs said, or if you have a smart phone you can get the tapatalk app (its free) and then you can attach photos to your posts directly out of the photo album on your phone. I'm about as tech savvy as your average opossum so if I can figure it out anyone can.

haven't been successful adding a picture hosting deal, but here's a link to the video I made...
