I am new to smoking, and feel that I will need some help from the Pro's to get me on the right track.
I just got my new 4 rack Jim Beam Bradley digital smoker. I have read threw the supplied material,
and understand that my new smoker needs to be seasoned, outside of the provided instructions, should
I season my unit with a particular type of wood bisquette???

Hi Danoman;

Welcome to the forum.

As mentioned any bisquettes flavor can be used. The main purpose is to burn off any residual oils that remain after the manufacturing process.
