Just taken the plunge after messing about for a few years trying to smoke, sometimes successfully - sometimes not, on a gas barbecue and invested in a new 4 rack Bradley digital smoker.

Just seasoned it and the 3 racks of ribs are now in the fridge ready for the inaugural smoke tomorrow, well weather permitting anyway.

Look forward to participating in the forum although sense I might be asking more questions than giving answers for a while...lol

Welcome to the forum from Nebraska.  Lots of good folks here willing and able to help.  Enjoy your new smoker and keep the top vent open.  Lets out the moisture that holds down the temp and creates "black rain".  Nasty stuff.
