bread cloche

i recieved my credit card statement and as i suspected was only charged for the 1 cloche. contacted williams-sonoma customer service to make arrengment for paying for second cloche. was informed that they have no way to bill for second product sent,  thanked me for calling and to enjoy my 2 bread cloches. it pays to be honest in all that we do.

That's some good customer service, they even worked with me and let me use all three of the gift cards you sent on one purchase. I bet you're turning out some great bread now, I picked up a bag of whole wheat bran the last time I bought flour and I'm going to try to add it to the regular crusty bread recipe as an experiment.
