Hey there ladies and gents Ive been Q'ing for about three years now. It all started at a wedding catered by a bbq joint. I have had stuff like Famous Dave before but this was different. It bit me and HARD.

I started using my gas grill and a foil pan with the chips in it. My wonderful woman got me an electric, upright, 3 rack, electric smoker for my birthday last March.

Ive got a handful of friends coming over for brisket, pork shoulder, and some sweet sausages today!
