ring bologna- what flavor smoke?

smoke em if you got em

Hi all, I will be making ring bologna in the next couple of days. What flavor smoke should I use? I have mesquite, hickory, oak, and pecan bisquettes to choose from.

I'd use hickory --but then again I use hickory for just about everything.

I know I'm kind of late here but hickory is ny go to favorite also.
