JEP vrs Dawn

As I can no longer get Dawn, I saw a post(s) touting Zep purple. Noticed the label says not to use on chrome. If I let the racks stand after spraying,will it harm the chrome on the racks?

I haven't had a problem. I dilute the Zep in a spray bottle but I don't let it soak much because you don't need to.
