Just wanted to say hi and thanks for all the info on this forum.  My wife bought me a bs611 for Christmas and we've used it twice already. Did chicken on Friday and ribs today with the help of this forum they turned out awesome.

Again thanks for everything, cant wait to smoke something else

Welcome from frozen, snowy BC. WE will be expecting pictures you know.  ;) What part of the world are you in?
It's going to take a lifetime to smoke all this.

Wisconsin. The ribs were for a football party on sunday and were a big hit I wish I would have made more

Welcome to the forum. Oh and don't believe Orion. It is warm and sunny here in B.C.. It never snows here either.:)
