I want recommendations for a snack stick recipe

I want to make some snack sticks using 50% venison and 50% pork shoulder.  And I want a recipe which isn't too spicy.  What recipe(s) do you recommend?

Awesome sticks and you can control the amount of heat in them. you can search for the recipe by using the search bar or one the pros can probably give you the link when they show up. X2 on Greg's spicy sticks. My wife can't tolerate much in the way of hot food and she likes them just as the recipe calls for. If it were up to me (it ain't) I would double the cayenne.
