NO SMOKIN TODAY

Woke up this morning and was planning on doing a pork roast for din. Thermometer outside on the deck read -28c (-18 F) ! Call me a fair weather smoker,but I think I'll use the oven today.

With the wind, the wind chill in our area today was -42C.

Don't think the Bradley would have liked being out in the  cold and the wind.

I remember living with those temps, 65 degrees here yesterday and I don't miss the cold a bit

It was around 15*F yesterday where I'm at.  It was a good day for cold smoking cheese and nuts.  I probably would not have been as motivated to do so if the temp was -18*F.   :)

70 and sunny here in Arizona. Perfect time of year. Dang that is cold. Never experienced anything like that.

Ya, it's pretty cold. Had to break down and put on a hat !

Jim O- I hear ya. Sometimes when it gets below 0F I put on gloves.
