Here's a link to a website that I found very helpful as I was getting started.  www.susanminor.org  The site contains recipes from the forum's most experienced smokers.  And since they are Bradley specific, they contain lots of information that you don't normally find in smoking recipes.  The site is also a great source of ideas.  Ideas enough to keep you busy for quite a while.
