Two Temp Settings

I recently got a Bradley Digital 4 rack smoker.  When a recipe calls for a temp setting do I set each of the temp settings to the same temp???

Welcome to the forum, Twin Fin.

You only need to set the oven (cabinet) temperature using the Temp Setting on the right side of the display.  The Oven Meat Temp is not used at this time.

As you get started, you might find it worth your time to look at www.susanminor.org.  This is a repository of recipes from the forum's most experienced smokers.  Since these recipes are Bradley specific, I found they contained helpful information that wasn't included in recipes from other sources.  And it's been a great source of ideas, too.
