We just bought a digital Bradley smoker, I had been researching on line when I came across this forum.  I am eager to learn as much as I can (then tell my husband what to do  :'( hee hee).  I've also registered on susanminor.org where there are recipes geared only for bradley smokers.  Now, I must find MEAT and CHEESE!  Ohh so much FUN. :D
