Hello. I am buying an original Bradley Smoker within the next month and already lurking on the scene. I previously owned a WSM and used frequently before loosing the time to babysit my que. I'm pretty excited about having an automated seup.

About that

I have my brother building an adruino powered pid controller that will be all inclusive. This unit will be built for less than the plug and play pid and include 4 or so temp probes with wifi monitoring and control.

Technically I'm in Pea Ridge. I think I saw some in one of the sporting stores in Pensacola. I have not used my OBS in about a year now. Been using my GMG pellet pooper. Need to eventually dust the old Bradley off and smoke some butts. Most things I prefer to use the GMG but some things are better in the Bradley. You may want to consider ordering online. Sometimes you can get a better deal. We have a forum member that sells.
