Hi Guys,
Slightly overweight EU sceptic with no patience for people with no respect for the ones around them.
Owner of a digital 4 Rack BS on which i am planning a heater MOD with a PID controller.
Also builder of a HUGE smoker which I use for large outdoor events.
Located in Broadstairs, South East Kent UK.
Looking for information and advice from other users.
