Problems with temperature adjustment

I have a Bradley digital smoker that is about six years old. Has worked well. However today when I started the unit up to smoke some ribs I could not adjust the temperature. When i pressed the set temp button it changed from F to C and the up down arrows would not work. When I hit the down arrow a couple of times the smoker would turn on and advance the wood puck. Cannot adjust time as well. HELP!

It seem your display panel may be going. Open the generator and look for any signs of buildup of residue. If there is any, use an electrical contact cleaner to clean the area. Also check the ribbon cable, and make sure that it is securely connected.
