Getting my smoker repaired - Out of warranty

I've had my smoker for about 2 years now so it's obviously out of warranty. I've taken good care of it and kept it protected from the elements. Yesterday I went to fire it up and got nothing. There's just no power whatsoever.
Is it possible to get these things repaired? Obviously I don't know what's wrong with it, but it appears completely dead.
I'm in Canada if it makes a difference

Did you check the circuit you are plugged into, and are all your plugs seated properly into the smoker gen and tower ? I believe there is also an in-line fuse, but don't know where it is located. Someone else will advise,I'm sure. Good luck.
