Hello,
I've just been given a second hand Bradley smoker (BTISCE240EUl) so joined this forum as I will certainly have some questions about it's use and will also share my experiences.
I've used a home made wood chip smoker before but I'm eager to see how the Bradley performs.
It will mainly be used for cold smoking salmon so I will either build or buy a the cold smoke adapter.

Hi Bob,  I'm also new to the forum, but, just got one of the digital 4 rack and only smoked some sausage stuffed chicken breast.  Came out dang good.  I had the original bradley befor.  cooked a lot of good things on it, but had to watch the temp close.  The new one is spot-on.  Have you tried your new one yet?       hungry
