Hello from WV

So excited to have my Bradley Original Smoker. I'm brand new to smoking.  Be prepared for lots of questions.  I did preseason it already and went cheap and smoked a whole chicken. It turned out really good.  Now on to bigger and better things.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

very nice, welcome to the forum.  Pork butt is a very forgiving meat for a first try, back ribs are also pretty easy
