My Bradley Smoker Setup

I wanted my smoker kind-off inside so I placed it in my lapa next to my BBQ braai and in front of my Pizza oven. The Bradley smoker is fully portable and can be moved quickly if needed.



Here you can see the smoker in front of the Pizza oven and over the top of the smoker I make an extraction hood so that the smoke and gasses go up into the chimney and this is working very well.
