My wife was nice enough to get me a Bradley 4 shelf Smoker for Christmas last year. I added the cold smoke kit and have smoked a number of different cheeses.

Last weekend I was smoking some stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in bacon.

The smoker was shutting off every 15, 20, 30 min during the cook / smoke. I have the smoker in my work shop so there are no breezes or outside influences affecting the unit.

Has anyone had a problem with the smoker not wanting to stay on for the selected time?
