Digital smoke generator turn off

The digital smoke generator on my 4 rack has a mind of its own.  It will turn itself off, including the oven, at random times.  Lately it has been pretty consistent at turning off after 30-35 minutes of being on.  Anyone else experiencing this issue and if so, what have you done to fix this problem.

Welcome to the forum.

I don't have the digital, but I don't recall ever seeing this problem posted. Without it displaying an error message it's difficult to diagnose the problem. Is this a new smoker or have you had it for awhile, and this is a new problem? Have you tried contacting Bradley customer service?

check power source. are you tripping a breaker or fuse

Another thought. Have you observed when it shuts off if the temperature is around the same each time it shuts off. If so you may have a faulty temperature sensor, or high temperature sensor.
