Hi,
Trying to find out how old my Digital smoker is. It was "donated" to me my my brother, it works but needs a little TLC to get it back up and running but was just wondering if the serial number in any way relates to its date of manufacture.

Yes, take your first four digits to know the month and the year or vis versa.

Its 1206 so I guess June 2012.

Its been very well used and is heavily "seasoned" on the inside but will clean out the smoke generator and remove some of the flaky deposits with some scrunched up alluminium foil and see where it goes
