I have an electric Bradley Smoker 4 rack about 2 years old.

The puck advance button and oven temp buttons don't seem to work.

I can press the oven temp and up and down arrows nothing happens.

I turn the smoke on and it does the puck advance but pushing the puck advance does nothing !

The up and down arrows work for time settings.

Any guidance appreciated there is no error codes !

Hi Ali,

Sorry to welcome you to the forum in thw manner.

The earlier versions of the digital models had issues with the display panel, but most of those issues have been worked out. The problem was that the buttons did not respond unless you pressed them dead center, and firmly. If that works it may only be a temporary fix.

Since your smoker is only two years old, it may be untimely ware and tear, and I don't know of any fix other than to replace the panel. Send an email or call Bradley customer service, to see what they have to say.

I think the issue with your Bradley Smoker 4 rack is likely a faulty control board.
There are two fuses on the control board. Check them to see if they are blown. If they are, replace them.
Make sure all the connections to the control board are secure. If they are loose, tighten them.
Try resetting the control board by unplugging the smoker from the power outlet and then plugging it back in.
