Iceman - are you the person Kirk bragged about regarding some kind of sauce?  If so, how hot is it and how can I get some?

That's me. It's not that hot according to most folks (and me). It does have a "bite" if you just eat it out of the jar but on food it mellows out a bit. HOW ABOUT IT GUYS? WHAT DO YOU THINK? E-mail me and I'll give you the particulars on shipping, etc. If you're serious perhaps a sample can make it your way. Internet sales are for Bradley forum members only at this time. The rest is sold state wide here in Alaska. ;)

Thanks iceman - I'll do that when I get home from work.

Welcome Wildcat!

The S&S AYM Meatloaf is real good.  A Must Do.

As for nuts, I have not tried Peanuts.  Don't know if I will.  I have done Pistachios, Pecan Halves, Almonds and Walnuts.  Look at the Recipe site, there are some recipes there.  I use the Jerky Racks.  Yeah sometimes some fall thru but its workable.  Anything to mesh would inhibit smoke application.

As for Goose Bay Company Rub and Sauce, Iceman is right no mark, his sauce mellows on the product and makes a nice addition.  the Oinkn'r Rub is great on rubs, no sauce needed at all with those till server, then just a little to add more flavor.  Its Yummy.

The Sauce is good on Chili-Mac as well, I even add some Jalepenos to kick it up more.

Have fun.

Iceman's sauce is the best commercial BBQ sauce I've ever tasted!!! ;D

Thanks everyone.  I did order the Sauce from Iceman.  I have not had a chance to use it yet because I still have a job (retire at the end of September) and the weekend weather has not cooperated yet.  I did open one of the jars and tasted it.  WOW was it good!  It is all I can do to not simply take about a third of the jar, add some spirits to it and simply drink it.  I plan to do some ribs with it soon.

Ya think if next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non", they would mind?

IKnowWood

Stick a celery stalk in it and rim it with Old-Bay...
