After retirement, the vacation thereafter, work around the house, a couple of golf turnaments and the past 3 days of being sick, I finally have a chance to use my BS again.  I am trying some wings as we speak.  I did not do anything to the wings except to rinse, dry, and put in the smoker with enough mesquite for a two hour smoke.  After that I plan to take them out of the BS and slather them with some of Iceman's sauce and either put them on the grill to complete or in the broiler.  Undecided at this point.  I think I will have a couple of beers while they are smoking to help me mull it over a bit.  This will be my third smoke and with luck it will turn out as good as the last two smokes did.  If not, I may just mix some alcohol with some of Iceman's sauce and call it dinner.

Generally what ever is handy.  I am out here in the house, but the RV had some Natural Lite that I bought on our trip to Tennessee, so I am about to open the second can of that.

Here is a toast to you.

Wings turned out great.  The skin was a little tough on the ends, but Iceman's sauce helped the rest of it.  I put the sauce on and put them into the broiler.  The sauce provided all the spices needed.  2 hours of smoke was just a little much since I was utilizing sauce.  Next time I will cut the smoke time down to 1 hour unless I use a rub and only want the smoke flavor to come through.  There were no left overs and boy was our dog disappointed with that after smelling them for 3 hours.
