I seriously doubt Gordon did the real firing. When he first shot the SPAS, he only fired twice, the last when the car was basically on the ground. The replay showing the window shatter had many more shots fired.

And although he claims to have fired the Gustav before, I doubt the ability of an Australian lawyer/TV host to hit an airborn car with one.

I'm assuming that video was shot in the US since that's where he resides now and getting license to do it in England or Australia would be very hard. An interesting sidenote is each round of ammunition for the Gustav would carry a $200 tax, over & above the cost of the ammo itself. If you had a way to reload it, you'd pay another $200 tax each time.

All that being said, that looks like BIG FUN & a great way to spend an afternoon! 8)

EDIT: OK, I must be mistaken. Having made my way down to Kummok's thread, apparently that isn't Gordon Elliott. I know nothing of the gent Manxman refers to so some of what I posted above could be pure blather. I still question the SPAS thing though.
