Just wanted to wish you all a happy Thanksgiving.  Thought I'd share my contribution to my sister's meal tomorrow.
3 Racks of Ribs (actually they might not all make down tomorrow.  ;D)
Whole Packer Brisket
Turkey (Wild  ;))



Ok.  My sister is preparing the traditional version of turkey.  8)
