This sauce is absolutely wonderful, I saved the last jar I had to put on some ribs to eat whilst watching a slide show of some images of Alaska that Iceman sent to me a few days ago........ the DVD arrived yesterday and last night the family and I settled in front of my computer to see a little bit of Alaska bought into our lounge a few thousand miles away, whilst chomping on Sopn'Sauce ribs washed down with a few alcoholic beverage....... HEAVEN!  ;) ;D

And the empty jars are useful..... I have used a couple of mine to store excess fat off the Christmas goose! ;D

Bottom line..... you haven't lived until you have tried this sauce..... it is that good IMHO!  ;)

Yepper, very good stuff.  The jars do come in handy when empty.
Grab me another stout, or scotch, or martini, or........

I'll Let you know after tonight.  I have 2 racks of ribs in the smoker with Iceman's rub.  I'll be putting some sop'n sauce on one of the racks and then flash it on the grill.  Want to compare the two.  Should be a tasty football game tonight.

I have used Iceman's sauce on pork and beef ribs, pulled pork, and smoked chicken wings. I love it. The sauce is right at the limit of heat for my tender palate but really not firely hot.

Yep, REAL GOOD... seems sweet up front, bbq in the middle and a nip of "attitude" at the end.  Have used it on Chicken, good, has the ability to stay in place when the chicken comes out of the smoker and gets rolled across the grill. Not all sauces will behave this way! Important so you can get some finger licken layers built up fast without over cooking the chicken.

Pulled Pork is ok too. ICEMAN rub are the better here and sauce not such a key. We do sauce pp in sandwiches etc.

ICEMAN Sauce on Ribs is absolutely perfect.  IMO this sause is designed for perfect ribs. Ribs without this sauce are no longer acceptable.  NOTHING Close IMO.

Almost ate my fingers off getting too close to the bone.  The sauce is great.  Some may find it a little too spicey as the habanero pepper always has an attitude.  Both the sauce and the rub were too spicey for my daughter (plain old pepper is sometimes too much for her).  My wife like the rub better.  My son, future son-in-law and I all preferred the sop'n sauce.  I am more of a pepper head so the habs were a real treat.  The sauce has a great flavor right out of the jar.  Had to keep myself from drinking it right out of the mug.  Fortunately I had a glass of burbon slushie on the side to keep my attentions diverted and had enough to put on the ribs. :D

Looking forward to some BBQ chicken next.

A must have...  The above posts have said it all.  Best invention since the BS!  Would probably make a better "burbon slushie". ;)

I too have used Iceman's sauce. AWESOME!!!!!! I use it on ribs mostly....since i tend to hord it sooo much. But now I will use it more often since I just restocked on my supply ;D. By the way, when I did recieve my new supply of sauce I could part with a jar and I gave it to a friend of mine who is a Chief. He LOVED it!!! Really excellent stuff... can't wait until iceman can market this stuff all over. He's really got a winner ;D

Made up some buffalo wings (and sauce) for the playoff games yesterday.  Decided to toss some of the Iceman's sop'n sauce on a dozen wings as well.  Tasted great.

Not to confuse anyone but for those that haven't tried the sauce, this is not buffalo wing sauce and does not compare to it.

Buffalo wing sauce is good, but I like Sop'n Sauce better on wings and especially on ribs.  Good for bergers as well.  Junior puts Iceman's sauce on almost everything.

You guys are TOOOOOO much! Thankyou!
Okay here's what Ann had me do when I was goofing off with some pizza dough. I took some pulled pork and mixed it with a bit of Sop'n Sauce and wrapped it in dough and let it rise. I baked it in the shape of dinner rolls. You ended up with BBQ stuffed mini loafs and man it was good. I think I found a new lunch snack! Pulled pork to go! ;D
Keep up the smoke screen everyone.
Pat and Ann ;)
