My wife bought me a commercial dehydrator 10 years ago and it starting to faulter some. It dont heat @160 like it used to so I think I am going to make a Biltong box and use the fan and element in it instead of just a 100w  light bulb.

It wont be long and you will need to build another new garage! Your having way too much fun.  I got a shovel and I planted some roses  :D  Just jealous
