From her work. She has told a coworker that i bought a digital electric turkey fryer just before christmas. He askes her if i have ever smoked a turkey for awhile then fryed it? Hmmmmm now he has me thinkin. I going to try it

BTW the electric fryer did an 18pnd turk in 48 mins.

Brined, injected, smoked for four hours and only partially cooked, then dunked in the deep fryer for the finish = one heck of some good eats nepa. You HAVE to try it some time. :o :P :D
