Several months back we put in a Rinnai hot water heater and a Bosch gas range/oven...

Well in the past two months my gas bill for heating water, cooking on the range/oven and the massive use of my radient gas grill has come in at $30.00 per month... I think that says it all.  Now if I could only get my lights and A/C to run on gas....

Geez old's, it cost me more than that just to fill the propane tank up on the skeeter eater machine on the patio! :o :D

Ditto on the Rinnai on-demand and Bosch range here, Olds....except we also run Rinnai for primary heat w/ Central Fireplace brand gas fireplace/stove as supplemental, and our propane bill runs in the $500-$600 range/month during peak cold. The Bosch range is used daily and can sip out of an 8 gallon tank for about 7 months but it's the primary house heat that kills us. "Supposed" to be getting pellet stoves/fuel in the near future in our area....up till then we haven't been able to get the pellets without special shipping. That is expected to cut heating costs in half...we'll see?!?!?!?

Thank god for my Vermont Casting wood stove--saves us a lot.
