What temp did you cook the chuck roll until?

195 was the number it did not shred as easy as pork. i think it has a little more connective tissue to it. that 9lbs was flat then in shrunk in to a cylinder shape.

thanks nepa i think mine was a little cheaper 
when is cabelas having there cook off ???
