I must try your potato recipe.  I am always on the lookout for how to make better batch of home fries (aka home fried potatoes) and this sounds wicked good.  I usually judge a breakfast joint by there fried potatoes, anyone can fry an egg but it takes a little bit of talent to make good potatoes.
