Great looking effort nepas. I love my guru also.  It makes my life so simply just like my mind.
May the fragrance of thin blue smoke always grace your backyard.

Hi Giz

They are Big Chief smoker food grade non stick sheets. I had to cut 1 1/2 inch off the length for them to fit on my bradley racks. 6 to a pack. Get em where i work  ;D

Gizmo

Thanks NePa.  Me thinks I will have to aquire a package.  I need to pick up 2 sets of regular racks so I can have at least a set of 12, and then with those, it will work better for the jerky sessions.  I tossed the jerky racks as they were cr@p.

Those look exactly like the Bradley Jerky Drying screens. I had problems with the Jerky racks and went to the Drying Screens as well. I just lay then on top of the regular racks, similar to your photo.

I hear ya Giz, the BS jerky racks kept peeling on me.  Ya want me to see what my discount is on the screens?

I think I'd cry to find out the cost difference of what I would have to pay. ;)
