My Moms Salsa Recipe

English version

Tomatoes  4 medium chopped small
Green onions  3 or 4 chopped small
Avocado  1 medium chopped small
Tomato sauce 1 or 2 small cans
Lemon juice 1 whole
Cilantro  1 small bunch chopped
Garlic powder (use your judgement) or 2 peices diced
Parsley 1 bunch chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chili pepper (jalapeno chopped) or whatever kind you like

Mix all above ingredients real good. Put in container with lid on and refrigerate until ready to eat. It gets hotter as it sits.

Spanish Version

Los tomates 4 pequeñas cebolletas cortadas medias 3 o 4 pequeño Aguacate cortado 1 medio cortó pequeña salsa
de Tomate 1 o 2 pequeño puede zumo de limón 1 Cilantro entero 1 pequeño ramo cortó polvo de Ajo (utiliza su
juicio) o 2 peices cortó en cubitos Perejil 1 ramo Sal cortada para probar Pimienta para probar pimienta de
Chili (jalapeno cortó) o cualquier clase que usted quiere

Mezcle todo encima de ingredientes verdaderos buenos. Ponga en el contenedor con la tapa en y refrigere hasta que se prepare para comer. Consigue más caliente como se sienta.

I bet that salsa recipe would be great in a fish (red snapper) taco. Nice fresh summer flavours, especially with the avacado and cilantro.
