Hi... just bought an OBS, and am playing with it now. Long time BBQ'er, have pretty much owned all of 'em at one time or another.... weber kettle (still have), weber bullet (will be going to a new home), offset smoker (no room, gave to a friend) mondo viking grill (use all the time), custom built pit rig for whole pigs (again no room, off to another friend). Anyway, king salmon today, bb ribs tomorrow....

just wanted to say hi from the beautiful pacific nw...

thanks for the welcome. And yes, you can be my friend. As far as my old gear that went to new homes, it should be said that it was all well loved, many many times over. So if I had any excess females... well you get my drift....

Well, I was referring to female humans, and since the only females I've even been around for several years have been feline females, I don't think I'd mind. ;D ;D :P
