Carnitas Pre BPS

Have some carnitas seasoned with Adobo and cilantro ready for the BPS tomorrow. Going with 3 pucks of mesquite  and then just heat until tender  ;D

Will post pics while the BPS is smokin away  ;D

Looks & sounds good. When you refer to Adobo are you refering to this recipe you posted a while back?

I'm beginning to detect a pattern problem with Nepa's food picture posts.

#1. I always seem to be at work around lunch time when I see the pictures.

#2. The food always looks so good I start to drool and it scares the folks in the office.

#3. The food is always sitting on HIS counter and not MY desk.

#4. The crummy sandwich I'm stuck with never tastes like his food no matter how much of an imagination I have.

Can you feel for me brothers. I need support. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.  :D :D :D ;D ;)

Yeah Mike thats the one.

I cut the pork in 2" pieces cuz it shrinks some.
