New SS for me

After enjoying my BPS for awhile I bought a 4 Rack SS at Cabela's for $299  ;D ;D For that price I couldn't pass it up. It was their display model but a couple of small dings for a saving of $200 was well worth it. I am smoking with it now with a batch of Salmon using Kummok's recipe and then some Maple smoked Tuna for dinner.
