I doubt if he would normally accept tips but if this is something we want to do to compensate for the few that have been dishonest I am sure he would be touched by it.

This is something I want to do for Iceman. Not for the non-payers, not for me, but for someone who still has trust in humans, which is something I find hard to do. I tip waiters, waitresses, and many others more than they deserve. My wife has been a hairdresser for almost 30 years, and tips are a part of her income. I see no reason why we can't tip Iceman for an excellent service he has provided to us all, something we can't get anywhere else. Again, I apologize for having my head up my @$$ and not sending a little something extra on my first order, but I'm still new to this forum stuff and especially to someone like Iceman who has trust in us all.

QuoteI appreciate the idea of the fund raiser but that's not necessary folks.
Hey all I think Pat and Ann are pretty set in their ways concerning this issue.  Susan and I already sent them a check to cover the amount and they sent it back. This was before things became public.

Thanks Olds.  This comes as no surprise to me.

Pat and Ann - I am truely sorry if I have insulted or offended you guys.  I consider this forum as family and was simply trying to ralley members together so that all of us that could afford it would bear a small portion instead of one member (you guys in this case) bearing the whole amount.  You guys are good people and I just do not think it is fair that you bear this burden alone.  We all benefit from your advice and products.

Here in Florida, many of us ralley together after a huricane to help neighbors clean up and recover.
Life is short. Smile while you still have teeth.

We all tip our waiters and waitresses in restraunts don't we?

No...they always spit on my food...especially the second visit in under a week......

Hey TT, you obviously go to the wrong place.  How did you find out?  You didn't get fresh did ya?   :D  I hope you reported them.

This was just my attempt at a joke...it hasn't happened to me (that I know of anyway).

Thanks folks for all the support. Just knowing great people like you is reward in itself. Ann and I both agree that the caliber of people here on this forum is top notch and unmatched anywhere else.
I hope and trust this place will always remain this way in the future.
Keep on smoking folks and enjoy your friends.
Pat and Ann.  ;D

Rent the movie "Waiting."  Funny, but probably true, as well.
