A few of you have heard me mention Atomic Horseradish sauce before.  It is the hottest horseradish sauce I have ever had and is a great addative for sauces and such when you need to punch it up with a little brain impact power.  Good thing is, the impact doesn't last as in your tongue or other parts of your anatomy will not be on fire for the next few days.

I have ordered this twice now and have gotten extremely good service.  The Horseradish sauce is manufactured by Moorehouse and as far as the website shows, Naturaltaste.com is the only authorized distributor for small quantity purchases.  They don't have an online order system.  You find the products you want, they also have mustards and Glutton Free, and such, click on the How to Order and it basically instructs you to send an email to  [email protected] with your shipping information and products you want to purchase.  They will send you a confirmation email with total cost (shipping is included in the price of the product as listed on the web), and you confirm.  They will ship your request the next day and ask you to send a check for the payment.

I placed an order on Friday, Bill confirmed the order with total cost and indicated the box would be in the mail on Saturday.  Today (Monday), the box was waiting for me.  I had dropped the check in the mail on Saturday and I bet it will be taking longer to reach them than the Priority Package they sent me took.  They included a couple free bottles of the Glutton Free Mustard which I will be tasting one and giving one to a co-worker that has a daughter that is allergic to Glutton.  I hope this spices up her life just a little knowing how limited her diet is since so many products have Glutton in them.

Here is a link to their web site.  You can also get there from the the Moorehouse Foods website by following the Atomic Horseradish links.

Much O thanks for the link.  Please monitor this thread. If several members have good luck with them let me know and I will add them to our approved vendor's list. For the next few months I just don't have time to monitor this thread myself.

As far as Horseradish goes I'm lucky as we have a local person who grows it here and grinds it as well.  His stuff is in every major store in this county. For raw ground root you cannot beat it. In fact, it is only kept in the refrigerated cabinets in the stores.

Again thanks for the info~~!

The delivery for this stuff is amazing! I just ordered some Tuesday and it's here already. It got here before they even got my check. I'll be trying some tomorrow and will let you know how I like it.

They are quick.  I hope you like it.  My favorite is to use it for shrimp c0cktail sauce.  The simplest mixture is to put a couple table spoons of horseradish and add some catsup to it (amount will depend on how hot you want to leave it).  You can also add a little extra flavor by adding a few spalshes of worcestershire sauce, few drops of vinegar, some lemon, grated garlic.... you get the picture.

This horseradish is amazing! It is not for the timid. I took a jar to a local watering hole last night and wow the reactions! I tried to warn them this stuff is not your ordaniary horseradish but many of them had to find out for themselves. Eyes watering, gasping for air, it was really funny. To me its great as is, in c0cktail sauce it will be great. I will be keeping this on hand at all times. The heat is great and it does not stay around for long, 30-60 seconds and its gone. It will definatly open up your head! One little taste, about the size of a pencil eraser is enough to get your attention. I have enough people lined up wanting some to place another order for 12 or more jars. I did order three jars of the mustards but have not tried them yet.
Thanks Giz, the people are great to deal with ,very rapid shipping and a great product, if you like horseradish, pensrock  ;D

Mr Walleye

That stuff does sound good! I may have to check to see if they are allowed to ship to Canada. This makes me want to try and find something here in Canada that might be similar.
