Hello every one, I was looking through some of the old recipes and found a picture that Owrstrich posted of bachezchic rolls.  The link listed was www.susanr.minor.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?=35, but I could not get it to open.  Can anybody help me with the recipe?  They look really taste!

The link is to Olds recipe site. He replaced his server and some of the links were broken. If you point me to the post you read it in I might be able to figure it out. The other thing you can do is click on the smoker in the bottom of my post and it will take you to Olds site. You can surf around there and you will find all the time tested recipes, all done in the Bradley.

I searched FTC and found a posting by Oakridge labeled FTC.  In that posting Owrstrich tells the meaning of FTC and shows a picture of bachezchic rolls.

You can probably find them under the name "Chicken Rolls" or "Chicken Wraps" in the Recipe site.  Link to the site is on the smoker in my sig too.

Yup.... Tiny has it figured out. Here is the link if you haven't found it already. These are really good. The only thing I like to do different is to take them out of the Bradley a little bit early and throw them in the oven to crisp up the bacon a bit. Mmmmm.... Real tasty! Don't worry about making too many, they freeze well and warm up in the oven great!  ;)

I agree, these are delicious.  Thanks for the help finding the recipe.  One question though, when I made them the chesse melted out.  Any tips?

I am going to experiment with different quantity and size of the cheese in an effort to contain it.

Previous posts suggested to have a tight bacon wrap especially on the ends to contain the cheese.
