A year ago I turned the Thanksgiving Turkey black - not burned, just black. I had a basic gas smoker that I used very infrequently and the burner was not burning "cleanly". I am looking for advice and information on a replacement smoker. Bradley? Why Bradley is recommended? Where to purchase? I have been trying to review this BB, but there is soo much information that I could be reading for days - is there any good place to go for a good "summary"?

Thanks,
Shawn

Always trying to improve my technique

Shawn,

The Bradley unit is so popular because it gives you real wood smoke & is extremely convenient to use. Gone are the days of having to monitor the temperature every 30 minutes all day long. It makes great food with very little effort.

The water's fine, jump in![8D]

Shawn,

The Bradley is a refinded smoker. I've been smokin' food now 44-45 years and this is the best home unit I've seen to date.
