Finally got my Weber.

I've been itchin' for a while to add a Weber charcoal grill to compliment the Bradley. Got the One-Touch Silver from Amazon, no shipping, no tax, best price I could find. Looked at the gold one-touch but it didn't justify an added $55. My old Brinkman smoker/grill was 15+ yrs and had to be put into retirement. I plan on christening it on saturday, I just hope it stands up to the Weber name.

You will love it!!  It grills and makes killer 'que.  If you are a rib eater, check out amazingribs.com.  Good recipes, tips, and general info.  My only complaint is the lack of space to cook LOTS of ribs at once.  I plan to fix that by buying the Smokenator.  Enjoy your new toy!
